NEED A LITTLE HELP

Need the bolt size and thread pitch for the smog port on the rear or front for a 5.o head.

if I remember right they were 9/16 - 12 ???????

Thanks Dan I don't need the inserts Iam going to put a short bolt in it .

 

Just a guess but I think he posted that because it lists the thread size for the inside of the insert.

 

i think its 5/8s corse thread. i cant remember the exact pitch.

 

looked at the link posted, its 5/8s 11

 

The reason for the post is for my son's falcon . The plug that was in it fall out and I did't plug got the heads already were plug. Hard to see with the engine in the car.
