has anyone used aftermarket rear quaterpanels? if there is more than one company reproducing them which is the best ,and if anyone has used them how well to they fit
They don't fit, and shipping is expensive. What they are good for is patch panels, such as from the side marker light downward.
Only one company makes them. Whatever you find....no matter what the price......they are all the same.
The Trunk drops/quarter drops. Period Perfect Parts sells them, however their website is down, but should be back up within a year from what I hear
I used the whole quarters , all I can say if you do not have extensive experience in auto body , and fixing totaled cars , you will never get them to fit right , they do work , but with lots of work , passenger side ones are not stamped right at all from mid wheelhouse to back and to the bottom , this had to be reshaped , pie cuts , move it , and weld it back up ...I guess one could use filler , but I hate a car with more than a quart of filler in it when done , sadly you will have that much being how these quarters cut off , why could they not stamp these as full quarters ...
