Trying to remove the headlight switch and knob and washer switch and knob. I have read that there is a "tit" or button that you depress on the side of the light switch (seen in picture) but when I push it I still can't pull out knob. Have not read how to remove washer knob and switch. Any help would be appreciated.

some times you have to yank on the light switch knob a few time for it to release. I had to stab it back in a few time to get it to hook back in. hope this helped.

I think the wiper knob has a set screw but don't hold me to that.

The wiper knob will have a slit in it. Place a small screwdriver into that slit. This will put pressure on the clip and release it.

Why do you need to remove it?

It's twofold, I am painting my dash and want to replace the knobs as the chrome is worn off.
