I dont consider anybody here an old timer unless they have a join date of at least 2002 and figure they were probably here way before then and I do miss them posting but understand why they dont

I'm glad some of y'all are still lurking here. If not for y'all, I'd have never finished the car the first time. I just got distracted and didn't finish my list of old members!

Thank you - I deleted the posts involved.

A word to all members - keep this board clean of R rated language - Maverick and Comet owners have class.
    This isn't a Chevy forum ----

And yet when I drive my Maverick now I almost feel like I'm 18 in my first Maverick again! LOL!

Best option would be to upload it to youtube and then link to it.

This site has helped me gain so much knowledge on how to work on these cars, work on the engines and just tech that you just cant get from the Internet. Ive been on here for probably 6 years now and my maverick has changed quite a bit since I had first got it. I know exactly what guy yall are talking about too with boss engine. People would get super mad about him lol anyways thank you all you hard core racers out there for making a difference for a guy like me who knew nothing to where know I can actually talk tech info too people and is able to pull out a engine rebuild it needs and toss it back in and get back to racing!
