    Hay ever one I just recently got my 73 mavrick going 250 cli and I have a big double barle carb on it and it's leaking gas my micanick said it going to be the gas pin in side the carb is geting stuck making it leak and we could rebuild it but I rather get the corect size at least to fit my air filter.have a 150 bucks i know that's not a lot when it come to quality parts but I'm a broke college student haha so you guys think I can get a new one and if so what size/spects should I get it I know the orginal one came with a 1br carter that's about all I know.

    What carb is on it now? I suppose you are using a adapter?

    BTW have they stopped teaching punctuation in school these days?? I don't usually respond to posts that are difficult to read...

    Sorry never been grate in gramer, but I can wire up a industrial electrical control system no problum haha and I'm not sure what kind of carb it is but I know it has a adapter. I Was woundering what carb came with the car or witch one would fit it right

    Go to Rock Auto. Only one rebuilt carb is coming up for your car. I hope you have all the original parts, such as the PCV plate, to get it back together.
