Fender door alignment issues

    Alright, swapped a door from a 74 mav to my 75 mav, got the door lined up perfectly for the body. Then I put the 75 fender back on and ruh roh...

    The door sticks out about half an inch at the back of the fender when the fender is tightened down.

    Is there any way I can pull/beat/adjust the fender to match the door? the alternative is putting a bad fender on to match the door... And I would very much prefer my nicer 75 fender on there.

    Just noticed the fender has a slight dent towards the back. May be able to pull it out some.
