Hi everyone. I recently removed the side body trim on my 73 Comet. I ground off all of the stubs that hold the trim on. I poked the ground down rivots through on the fenders but on the doors and quarter panels they won't go through. Were these welded or are they not rivots on the doors and quarters as they are on the fenders? Thank you.

Hi, Bigdog did you weld in the holes for the rivots in your fenders or just put filler over them?

You will want to weld them or they WILL come back.
