hey all. so my grill emblem looks pretty good except the clear squishy coating is kinda scuffed up. not bad, but not perfect either.

is there anything i can do to restore this squishy film to have no scratches? i thought of pouring s thin layer of clear coat into it and letting that level itself and dry.

    suggestions?

The plastic should not be " squishy " If it is...Someone has already put something on it in an attempt to restore it. Or it has begun to degrade to a point where it will not come back to life. Disassemble it, and see what you have. Easier to polish the plastic part, if it is not in the chrome ring. Not hard to put together with a good epoxy once your done either. Good luck!!!
