What is the tube called that goes around the bolt between the bushings circled in the photo?

Also, I have some other questions about it, like is it the same size on all years/models? What are the torque specs on this fastener? And does anyone know if that piece is readily available?

This is a picture from another member that I have borrowed because I forgot to take my own last night.

I am doing a front disc swap from the 4 lug to 5. I have the piece shown, but the tube is much shorter than what I pulled from my car. I am just trying to figure out what the deal is.

    Thanks

It's just a spacer sleeve. You can buy them or make your own from SS tubing. Those end-link bushings are supposed to be tightened until they are compressed to roughly the same diameter as the round metal retainers.

The length of the sleeves should be such that the swaybar ends are roughly level to the ground when the car is parked on a flat surface.
