LDO buckets and Trunk Mat are in ...

    Buckets went in without a hitch. Gonna need some hot summer days to have the new vinyl trunk mat stretch and drop down and conform to the trunk floor ... I couldn't get the clutch pedals in because apparatnly Ford changed the bracket and my early clutch pedal assembly wouldn't just slide into the bracket after removing the automatic brake pedal. Oh well .. if anyone has this bracket let me know ...

    those seats look great. I have the same ones in my 73. Did you have them recovered?

    Nice. Do I remember you saying you were putting a 3 speed in the car? Just out of curiosity, why wouldnt you go with a 4 speed? It seems kinda strange to go from a C4 to a 3 speed is all...

    Because I have a perfectly good 3-speed sitting in my garage, it's free and it only has 33,000 miles on it. I have a 4-speed Toploader in my other car .... Those seats are all original ... not recovered ... Got them off eBay a couple of weeks ago ...

    Got it from a guy on eBay ... but it came in an ACC box ... Usually every week he lists Maverick carpets, trunk mats and dash covers ...

    It's very heavy duty so I am happy with the quality of the material ... I would be happier if it was vacuum formed to the exact shape of the trunk floor. I'm guess I'll just leave the trunk open and in the sun on a couple of GA 90 degree days and it should drop into shape! :)
