second inlet is on the water pump.

 

My second heater hose is on the water pump. I need to know we’re the temperature sensor and vac sensor go. I have no opening on the thermostat housing.

Can you post pics on the MMB?

 

I found the answer on the Fordsix forum.
The little block goes in the front passenger side of the head. One heater hose and vacuum sensor are installed in the block. The temperature sensor goes in the head at the rear driver side.
It is best to install these before installing the head to the block.
