Hey guys I picked up a 351w & aod I also have a Mexican 302 & a 4 speed That I’m gonna drop in I do know there’s a kit that can be used to notch the towers But what would be needed to swap the 351w in , it should bolt up to the 4 speed an bellhousing.. I’m thinking for now , to drop the 302 in with the 4 speed But to gather the parts needed , an build up the 351w . But I need your guidance guys . It’s going to be my first major engine swap
Do the 302 first and enjoy it...Lots of info here on doing the 351 swap (Do your research) Its not a true plug and play. There are pitfalls to it. No such thing as a tower notch "kit" unless you go to an M II or strut type front suspension. Good luck!!!
