By-pass hose connects between water neck/top water pump, bottom water pump to heater core and other heater core hose connects to elbow fitting on intake manifold, which you will have to purchase. Can use the water neck fitting for various other accessories, such as electric fan sensor etc......there should be another NPT hole on drivers side of intake manifold for where original temperature sender went..........are you going to paint those water neck bolts too?

Intake Manifold to Heater Core Hose 90* Elbow fitting: C6AZ-18599-B
    By-Pass molded 90* Hose I used was "Alert" brand, p/n: 1010

Ok now I kind of remember. So it'll be like this? Red is bypass hose.....green is heater core......black is heater core on intake? Correct?

Yup, that looks correct! I seem to remember the Bypass hose being a bit of a pain to install, water neck end was a bit larger than water pump end, at least on mine..........enjoy your video's!
