I put new drums shoes springs the works and I tried to gravity bleed them and it just wouldnt work nothing came up we tried to pump the brakes and nothing came. The master cylinder was brand new we went by the book on putting it on and we put new brake fluid in and left the top off and then put it on once we sarted bleeding the brakes.

You got a blockage either in a brake line or wheel cylinder. Crack the line on the back of the wheel cylinder and see if any fluid comes out when you hit the pedal.

Does the pedal feel tight or just sink to the floor? If your brake lines were empty then it will take several pumps to get fluid to come out of the bleeder valve. If the pedal is firm then you may have a blockage in the lines. I have never heard of gravity feed brake bleeding, only on clutches. If you have a blockage then open all the bleeder valves and pump the brakes while someone keeps the reservoir full and watches to see if fluid comes out of each valve. Did you bench bleed the master cyl before installing it?
