I've been looking around and wondering if the ports for the exhaust are the same on other size motors.

Only HOOKER 6602 headers were produced specific to the Maverick/Comet 250. The Hooker 'long tube' headers will fit with no modification and are built much better than the currrent 'offshore' small block six headers offered by multiple vendors.

Unfortunately, 6602's are long out of production by Holley/Hooker but do show up in Small Block Six enthusiast forums and the online markets.

    6602' for sale:

For years, I ran a set of Clifford Research dual outlet headers on my '71 with a transplanted 250. I think they listed them for both the Maverick and Mustang. I don't see them listed on the site anymore. Reach out to them. They are very helpful. I recently purchased a headers and had a NOS cam reground for my '47 CJ2A.

Don't see the name brand of this header on my 250 that I got from Terry who got it from Frank but I want to say it came from Clifford 6=8. I do know the collector flange had to be clocked about 45% and welded back on to clear the bellhousing at the starter.
