I have a small puddle that sometimes form on my intake. Drivers side just in front of carb. Seems to be coolant, any ideas?

Check your heater hoses and fittings...

Yah, forgot to mention all hoses are tight and checked for leaks with paper towels. Water temp sending unit also checked OK. So all fittings appear to be not leaking. I can not see fluid when cold/hot and running or shut off after reaching running temp. Puddle development is not consistent, does not appear all the time. Oh, forgot new radiator and cap too.

The intake numbers indicate it is a marine unit, could there be a thin wall near this spot? weeping?

Have you checked the torque on the intake manifold bolts?...
