I need some help!! I was given a '73 Maverick (4 door) and I would like to update the seatbelts (to start!) so I feel safer. Does anyone know what I can use? Thanks for the help and they'll be lots more questions to come!

    Hello Rhonda and welcome aboard,

I replaced the seatbelts in my 2-door recently from a company called Andover www.andoauto.com

The site is a little confusing but you can give them a call if you have any questions.

    Thank you for the suggestions!

I checked out the web site. I'll give them a call to see what they recommend.

You can have your existing seatbelts redone with new webbing pretty cheap. My upholstry guy did mine for less than $10 a belt.

Actually, the seat belts are fine. I just want the retractable kind with the shoulder harness (all in one type). I need to have a better restraint system than the original due to some surgery.
    Thanks!
