So, I finished everything. Right now all I need is a radiator and a battery. I ordered 2 radiators from Advance Auto Parts. First one came in bent like a pretzel, and the second one didn't fit at all! Trying another place tomorrow. I was hoping to have it running this weekend.

I got a new "used" bumper on its way and the grill all prepped for paint.

If the radiator works out by Friday hopefully I'll get out for a drive since the weather cleared up here in Jersey.

    My only 3 complaints are

    1. The wires. I went cheap and I'm sorry I did.....I see an order to summit soon for a nice set of wires I can cut to fit perfect!

    2. Ran out of braided coverings for the lines

    3. The clamps that come with the braided hose kits are horrible!

Thanks again for the support and help thoughout this process!

    Steve

scrapper- what hold in the firewall? It may just be a shadow from the poor garage lighting.

    Thanks again guys!

No, thats regular "old ford blue" that I bought from the auto parts store. I wanted to go a little darker, but then I thought this would go nice with the chrome and polished intake.

I'm hoping it runs as nice as it did before I did all this. I made a little mistake when I took out the distributor. I never marked it:( I hope thats the hardest part of getting it running!!

How can I fix that besides putting it right side up? That was the only way I could get it in there. With the length of the wires and with the regulator being right there, I had no choice......is there a different coil I could buy?
