    Thats another first for me. Never heard that before. Maybe the passenger side assembly line worker had an unscheduled toilet trip.

    Opps.....correction!!!

    My old 1970 Grabber did have both mirrors. Another 1970 Grabber that I parted out only had the one mirror....plus there are others in the registry that only had one sport mirror

    Well .. the consensus seems to be ... Standard chrome mirror you only got one on the drivers side ... Sport mirrors came as a set ... both sides. Perhaps the cars with only one sport mirror had their passenger door replaced at some point in the past .... :huh: Even the earliest 1970 Maverick Grabber ads indicated DUAL RACING MIRRORS ....

    Yes....you are correct Dan....but the parts car I parted out was the original door (I checked the date codes)...and others in the registry have one mirror as well. Not very many though.
