Finally got some pics of my red Mav. I took these last night right after a big rain storm. Pics are kinda blury. This is my daily cruiser, it's no show car, but it's fun as hell to drive. I took the dog dish caps off, painted the wheels black, put some chrome lugnuts on and whala - poor man rally's! Atleast they look like 'em when I'm driving! I'd like to get some slots or magnums on it some day.
If the 1st pic wouldnt have been blury it would have been magazine cover quality. Looks great. I love these cars, it dont take much to make em look tuff.
NICE RIDE i for one like the rainy, slightly blurred effect. if i owed a mav mag i'd cover that. always fond of those "in grill" driving lights!!
Thanks guys. I was using a digital camera so I guess I don't have it set up right for darker lighting pics. I just read the article in Popular Hot Rodding about taking pics of your car and it mentions bad weather makes for cool car pics... so there I was in the rain like a fool. Will, I'm from El Paso, TX.
to the board. Very nice Maverick. I'll have to learn how to take pics like that, here in Seattle....After all, the rainy season is from Jan 1st to Dec 31st....LOL
