That is one clean looking car. None of the infamous cowl leaks I take it?

What are you planning on doing with it? stock or... ??

Yes, it is color code 3, yes it was on ebay. No the cowl does not leak anywhere. I plan on doing a resto-mod, I'll fill in details later. I did my first basic mod which you can see here

it's a stealth install of a 12v socket under the package tray, nothing spectacular, but I need a cell phone charger.

Thanks for all the compliments folks! It does however, have one defect, the washer fluid pump is out, seems to be a common problem, is it the circuit or the pump itself usually?

I saw the auction on ebay!! If the previous owner had taken the time to take the same pictures as you have then the purchase price might have been even higher. Congrats on a great looking purchase.

Probably the pump. It is built into the washer tank you can pick up a replacement at Autozone.

Mine didn't work when I got it, I gave it a good thump, still didn't work. I planned on stealing the old one from my other Comet, and the next day mine started working. That was close to 8 years ago, still works to this day.

Often a piece of trash will stop it, work the trash loose...

Hey folks, thanks for all the comments and encouragement. I've been away for a few days out here in Spokane, WA. I didn't bother to check if any locals were around, I should have. I'm here till Tuesday morning. Looking forward to working on the '71, it's a start.

I had that one on my ebay watch list (not to buy, just to see what it ended up bringing) Sweet ride. Glad it found a good home.
