I'm praying that I'll be off for the roundup this year. It looks like I'll be working in Greenville Mississippi at that time, or headed out of the country. MAN I want to be there. John, Mr. Ashton is gonna run his?? I HAVE to see a race between you and him!! IF I get to come, I'll TRY to bring my car......should have the suspension/wheel/tire mods done and if I can get my stupid carb to behave.......I'll prolly turn in at least a 22.999 quarter mile time.......So you should be able to run the track turn around and run it again, and I'll give you a GOOD run for your money on YOUR second pass...... I don't really see a car show of any sorts on the schedule ... although there is a cruise-in the following weekend. Where will be displaying our cars for all to see?
The Motorsports Festival actually kicks off the Friday we are there. We are working on something, nothing big, but hopefully I will have something to present to the board members in a few days.

foot race Well my reservation was made 3 weeks ago... Car is no where near finished and won,t be ready for round-up... am bringing my gas powered sneakers... will give riporter a run for the money( maybe) for the first 3 feet... Will be arriving around 1-2pm on thurs, made arrangements for early registration... want 2 be at track with all the guys... am leaving around 6 pm wed, rite after work... I asked for holidays even b4 I started my new job... HMMMMM Am bringing down some NOS comet stuff for you comet buds... and have almost complete Red interior for our cars... will bring it down if wanted...waiting to hear John sing but have to feed him some beer though... Am jumping for joy with antisipation.. waiting to meet all the fine folks again Ron
Heck yeah, I can't wait!!! I get to hang out with the Krazy Kanuk again!!!!!!! What kind of NOS comet stuff do you have, I need a tailight(can't remember which side) and all sidemarkers,bezels and brackets.
nos parts have NOS hood emblem in box... tail light lens- NOS, but will have to ck for which side it fits.. used grill, 2 used tail lites( 1 for each side) and will ck my other stuff... garage needs cleaned out a bit... can bring to round-up.. RON
do you have to be a member of MCCi to bring your car? how does it work? b/c i am in KY and i would like to attend..
