They don't have avacado because no one in their right mind would buy such an awful color...

Any of you Ga boys know anyone at Dorsett mills in Dalton? It seems they make ACS carpet sold by stock interiors and jc whitney. My latest jcw catalog offers muscle car carpet for Comets 1960-1974. I've e-mailed Dorsett to see if that is a two piece set.

    Anybody used ACS?

I have ACS carpet in my 72 and it fits OK but the hump is way too big. I had to do a lot of trimming too, but that's probably normal... I'm hoping the brand dmhines gets fits better so I can buy that type for my 71.

The manufacturer I posted a link to does have the avacado green they just call it green gold, I guess so it's not confused with an appliance from the same time period:)

Mine was loop pile in my Sprint and cut pile in my 77. both fit great. The 77 was more work to get it to lay right because of the cat hump.

Coconut, Ignore T.L. And no, T.L. does not stand for 'Total Loser'-he's okay, most days.

If your are referring to removable floor mats, there are several companies that make aftermarket floor mats. You can get generic ones in rubber or carpeted versions. There is even a company that makes embroidered log mats.

Go here and order a catalog to find a ton of parts including custom fit floor mats with logos: http://www.autokrafters.com/ Catalogs are about $6.

Good luck, and try and make the Roundup the end of the month.

mine fit great, and I didn't want a 2 piece carpet, all the garbage was getting trapped under the overlap in the old carpet.

I have cut pile in the 77.no issues installing, just layed it out in the sun for an hour or so then plopped it in, a little trimming and that was it.

Sounds like the fitment quality is hit or miss ..... a little trimming is a good thing ... have to pull and stretch becuase it's too small is a bad thing .. that was my issue.

i've put ACC in my 75 with the caddy converter.. the hump was not an issues... the issue is more on the tranny hump in a non caddy car or one with one. but i think it fit ok not the best.. nothing beats OE

so what you trying to say:p i don't know though we don't agree much i got your back on that one... just that i have the right bitch cuz i own one :p

also remember you guys, you can order any color in any type of pile / loop etc you want you just can't return it

Man, I just ordered my carpet from ACC. :(

Wish I would've waited to see how the eBay turned out first.

Guess I got lucky, my ACC carpet fit perfectly. Just a slight trim where the rear of the door openings meet the rear side panels. I did let it lay out on the floor of my rec room for a couple weeks to make sure it flattened out from shipping.
