    Man, great job!

I have only cut springs on my 'brand x' cars, not the Fords... so egjookate me.

When you say 1.5 coils, are you counting 'dead' coil?
I cut 1.5 coils from the front of my Z, but that was only counting coil that actually was separate, or live, from other coils. The Z had about 1.25 dead coils that were bunched together and not able to spring.
Is the Mav spring the same, and how did you count that 1.5 coils.
I hope this made sense... ;)

I think they are cutting from the "bottom" where the "live" coils are. The "dead" coils are at the top, and end in a flattened half-coil where it seats with the rubber dampner.

scooper77515 is right, we cut from the bottom of the spring where the live coils are, none were touching each other. We just went from where the coil stopped and followed it 1 and 1/2 revolutions down the spring and cut it there.

Very nice ride. I like those wheels & nice exhaust pipes. Where did the rear spoiler come from, I want one too. Love the stance.

The rear spoiler is just a maverick grabber spoiler.
