do we know "why" it broke???
i would take and jack that side of the motor up and take the motor and frame mount off. that will give you a little more room to work. being it is a large bolt that makes them not so bad to back out. let us know what it looks like after you get everything out of the way... maybe post a pic...work safe...frank...:bouncy:

You have a 6 cylinder... those bolts are made to stand up to hundreds of horse power, what the heck were you doing to break it?

no really, i was delivering pizza, dropped her into reverse, and the bolt snapped.
i noticed today that it was missing the bottom bolt , so all that hp was hittin on that one bolt,...plus i dont think it was the strongest bolt .....i bought some grade 8's to go back in there place. i cant get the dang thing out... so i cant make the money to buy that comet i found for $200 need that loot.
I cant get a drill in there to drill it out so now i'm just kinda stuck....

Do you have access to a dremmel tool? If so cut a slot in the top of it and use a screwdriver to back it out. I doubt that this particular bolt would be siezed up.

I bought a set of those bits, that you hammer in a turn with a wrench to back it out, but i cant get a ______ to get in there to drill a hole in the bolt to do it,...
my brother has one ,but he cant find it so I can't cut a slot out for a screwdriver

On larger bolts you can sometimes use a small chisel to back the bolt out. Is it broken off flush with the block?

maverick1970 has 2 good ideas with a Dremel tool and using a punch to start it turning. If you have a friend with a decent amount of tools, odds are they have an angle drill adapter. Rental centers might have one too. That is what you need to get into there for an easy-out.
