Unless your looking for 100% absolutely correct, I would get one from mid to late 80's Mercury Grand Marquis. The mirrors look very similar and it gives you the little flipy thing on the bottom for night time when people have their head lights on, not to mention readily available in just about any junk yard.

Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
yep thats where i got one mirror before its the same thing!

i coundn't see paying 56 bucks for a repo when you can get them in the junk yard for 5 bucks or less!

also you can get them off a 80's LTD and even early 90 tempos, mustangs acutally almost any ford pre 94 ish 95 ish.

Or you could get real fancy and install a automatic Day/Night mirror from an 80's or 90's Lincoln...it fits! :)

Got mine at Advance. Fits well, and just about like the one that came in the car.....about $10, and is a day/night mirror.

I purchased a day/night mirror from a local auto parts store and the glass is distorted like the side rear view mirrors that say objects are closer than they appear. The base was not exactly the same as factory but it worked. I would rather have a mirror with regular glass and day/night.

When they had the windshield and rear window out I had them replace with new and kept the old. They took off the mirror off because they thought it could have gotton damaged in the process.
