I have a chance to get a nice 4 door rolling chassis LDO with tan interior my question is will 1975 4 door LDO buckets and top and bottom rear seat fit into a 69.5 2 door? This car has some really nice parts on it, PawPaw Darrell wants the hood and another buddy of mine wants the rear end, so I think we are gonna go in partners on it and part it out when we get it.

Search the Forum on the seats ... it has been discussed until many of us were blue in the face ... Keep in mind NO Maverick buckets will fit a 1970 floor pan without additional engineering ...

the '70 mav did not come with buckets so floor drilling and bracket modification is needed

I think Frank is trying to say "won't" tilt forward. A drawback to getting into the backseat. I'm looking for a set of those buckets if you would be interested in selling them, you know if they don't workout for you.

I have LDO 4-door seats in my 2-Door ... Front seats don't go forward for rear access ... Supposedly you can remove a bolt to accomplish this but haven't bothered.

Like Frank said ... rear seat is totally different. What I did was remove the cover from the back of the 4-door seat and install it on a 2-door frame. I then took the rear bottom from the 4-door to an upholstry shop and had them cut it down and install it on a 2-door seat bottom frame. Came out pretty good ... If you looked in my car you would not know unless I told you ..
