Here is a good one for all you Mav and Comet lovers out there. I had my Comet taken to a tranny shop I know the guy. I sold my truck to him and instead of payment I asked if he would biuld my tranny up a little. He said sure no problem. He asked what trans does it have I said C4 he said OH I can do that in my sleep. Well four months later two of which I did get to drive it but then it started to not want to shift to third.So I took it back and ask him to fix it he said ok.I have been nice about the hole deal from the start but I did not think it would take two and half months to fix my baby.I hopefuly get to pick her up tommorw.I did not think that this was the way to keep friends or get people to come back. So if you live any where close to Lawrence Ks and you find yourself talking to a guy named Pinky about your trans run don't walk run as fast as you can. later from the 4door Comet guy
No the truck got totaled and he wanted the cab for the clean title so he could put it on aother fram.
