hello folks;i gotta ask a rather dumb question and am a bit embarrased but i don't want to wait to long to fix the problem so here goes the question...
what is the technical terms for the suspension parts i know the tie rods and ball joints but what is the term for what i would call the steering pivot i.e.the main arm from steering wheel to secondary control arm joint if this makes no sense to anyone i'll understand.:coco:

The pitman arm connects from the steering gear-box to the center link, which connects to the idler arm. The center link attaches to the inner tie-rod ends which connect to the tie-rods, which connect to the outer tie-rod ends, which connect to the spindles (which turn the wheels). Also, the leg bone is connected to the ankle bone which connects to the foot bone, which hopfully no one wants to put in my @$$...

The pittman arm is alot easyer then it looks to replace. It took me less then 30 minutes. :) Keep in mind everything has to be regreased after you replace it before you drive the car.
