Wow...! Talk about a good deal concidering that the 77 Comet was the only car with the 302 option. Looks clean though. I'll be watching to see the results.
    Thanks for the tip...

I think he may have read that post back in Dec. that I submitted about B-J advertising that car at the auction to have the high output 302 that never existed. 302 2V engines
were available from '71 to '77. '69.5 and '70 were the only all 6 cyl. years.

The car will never make TV airtime, it is too early in the line-up. We will have to wait for the updated sales list to see what it goes for.

I'm an auction junky - I'll watch all 33 hours live. Friday and Saturday are going to be insane with all the 1 of a kind and "Firsts" cars, which is this years theme.

    Ray,
Just a joke... :rofl2: If you read the decsription of the car on the Barrett site it leads on to such a thing.
Didn't mean to sound like a :coco:

I think that car was on EBay or listed on this site. I remember it. Looks nice but 10k is pretty high IMO. Then again Value is going up and the cost to redo one is as well. So in the end it may not be too bad. Nice driveable car that doesn't need any, or very little work. Personally, I like building mine myself that way I know what is really there. To each his own. :tiphat:

I know where the car and information is. I have it book marked. I was looking for the results. I'm not surprised it went that high considering every car there goes for more than its worth. JMO
