    1974 Comet 351W
I recently bought a 2 door 1974 Mercury Comet. The car is in a reasonably good condition, but needs some work. It has a 351W engine with Holley 650 cfm spreadbore doublepumper, headers, C4 transmission and an open 8" with 2.79 diffrential (I think). Anyway it looks good and I plan to keep it that way.

I live in Iceland and there are not many Comets or Mavericks left here, this is the only Comet I know about and I have seen two Mavericks.

I probably will be asking you many stupid questions, you will have to forgive me that, also note that english is not my native language.

    Best regards
    Bjorn

Iceland? I see a lot of green. I suppose the ice is in Greenland. ;)

Very nice looking Comet! Sounds like it should haul buttocks, too.

    We agree.

I should've put a :sarc: icon in there somewhere I suppose. From what little history I learned eons ago, "Greenland" was named that to attract settlers (although it actually does have some greenery also).
