    I have always liked Comets more then Mavericks. My dad has had 4 Comets. I think the tail lights look alot better.

    I was originally looking for a Comet, but some how ended up with 4 Mavericks and am trying to get 2 more right now? :hmmm:

    Thats ok, I know where there is a '73 2 door Comet with a 302 that is going to be mine soon. (y)

    the hood that was for the sport model, what did it look like,im guessing nothing like the grabber?did it look like the mustang model aroundthe mid 70s.

    one thing i noticed is grabber hood are almost impossible to find, what about comet hood scoops? anyoneknow of any?:)

    Personally, I prefer the front grill on the Maverick over the Comet.

    I prefer Mavericks over Comets but I still like them.
