    Here is my 72 Comet. It has a 250 inline six. Everything is still stock, except for the bench sit it had. I just took it out a few days ago and put bucket sits in. My wife got this for me when I was in Iraq, thought it would be fun to work on. Working on fixing it up, but it is hard with being in the Army. Question for anyone? I want to put a Offenhauser intake manifold with 4bl carb, but they only make it for a 200ci engine will it fit on a 250ci. Appreciate any advise.Thanks

    welcome to the board. the 4 barrel carb may be a little big for a stock 6. i'd make sure of wether you want to keep the 6 in it or not before i put a lot of money into it. if you do fordsix.com is the place as 71 gold stated.:)

    You cannot get a 4bbl manifold for the Ford 144, 170, 200, or 250 because the intake and head is cast in 1 piece.
