I am going to try and put another calendar together. I appreciate everyone that sent in pics last year. This year I want to make the calendar 11x17 with all the pics 8 1/2 by 11. So please send me the biggest, clearest pics you can. ( I am a computer idiot, but I talk to Doug B. last year and he knows what type of pics I need) so maybe Doug or someone else who knows might be able to help other people on what type of pics I am needing. Try and send interesting pics of your cars that no one has seen. Pics with interesting back grounds, i.e. State landmarks, forestry, waterfalls, State capitals. I hope to get as many pics as possible. I just barely had enough last year to fill the calendar. This year I "want the headache" of having to choose which pics make it and which ones do not. You can send them via e-mail to me or or if you have photos(they will not be returned) let me know and I will give my address. I hope that since this calendar was produced last year that more people will realize that I can get it done. I would like to start putting the calendar together the first of August, so PLEASE get out and get to shooting! Thanks in advance.
Just e-mail it to me. If you need to mail it, e-mail me and I will give you my address. They need to be around 180-200KB (whaever that means!?).
I think I've already showed everyone all of my pics. LOL. Oh well... Why don't you post your email address in this thread so you can be emailed directly?
I'm gonna try! I'm gonna try and take some good pictures for it. Are you talking like a big picture and then an underhood shot or what? How many pictures do you want, and what's the deadline? Thanks, Preston
sorry... e-mail address, just click on my profile or use this.... jonathan.ford@agimedia.com Send as many pics as you would like, of whatever part of you car you would like. I am really going to try and do this one right. As far as a deadline goes, I want to start working on the first of August. So as long as the pics are send in by the end of July everything should be OK. Thanks guys/gals!
That would refer to the size of the picture in kilobytes. thats Kind of a small/and/or grainy picture. If you really want super high quality digital pictures of these cars, then you are going to want pictures that are at least 2-3 megs in size, or 20-30 times that size. Those will print out color glossy's with the best resolution. My buddy is quite into digital photography, and I have picked up info here and there. Are you limited to that size due to email constraints, or is that what your calender maker company wanted??
I do not think I have a limit... THe bigger the better. I just need them to be atleast that big to be able to do anything with them.
