Alright guys, got my new cam today. Now I just need some education on what all these numbers actually mean !!
    duration @ 50 - 214 / 224
    sae duration 289 / 300
    gross valve lift 473 / 497
    cam lift 296 / 311
    btc-0 , abc-34 , bbc-49 , atc-5-
Also, based on these numbers, what kind of characteristics can I expect in my 351w ??
    Thanks, Darrel

Should be torquey. That's a mild "RV" street/strip cam. You'll probably like it....

    (y) Thanks TL, that's what I was hoping for. And that's how the salesman described it. Now to get this jewel all bolted together.

I ran a cam with those numbers for a long time with a basically stock motor. Works real nice and sounds good.

with a 302 it might have been a very little rough but with a 351 its going to be Smooth as a babys butt(y) :evilsmile you have to watch the specs on cams some rate with a 1.6 rocker some 1.5 even seen them with 1.7 think your getting a big cam till you use 1.5 rockers on a cam they spec using 1.7s  :tiphat:
