    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    welcome!

    my first car (a gocart) had a Gremlin body on it!

    i always wanted to build one of those and dump a 360 in it if it didn't have one.

    but keep to the Mavericks and Gremlins... no pintos please at least get a mustang II :p

    Looking for a 70-73 Maverick or a 71-73 Comet 2 door
    Ok you want pics here goes,heres my 73 .Its in flat black primer and has a .60 over AMC 360 V8 mated to a Borg Warner T10 4 speed.

    And heres my buddies 74 Gremlin AMC 401 V8 mated to a Jerico 4 speed and runs high 8's all motor @ 160+ mph

    No one digs the lil Pinto's?thier like the Mavericks lil cousins or at least they shared the same tailites for a lil while :rofl: but cmoon ya gotta admit thier killer lil rides with a V8 stuffed in em.well getting back to Mavs and Comets.i'm still searching for a cheap one thats not too far gone or one that is restorable so i can do it up kinda like I've done with the Gremlin or actually my dream Maverick is this bad ass looking version .theres just somthing about this one i dig so much as its just simple,to the point old school bad ass looking and i've always loved the slotted jelly bean alum. rims especially on a maverick..and a Gremlin :D

    Welcome to the board......Gremlins are nice little cars.....I use to have a '73. Man,that thing would scoot. My dad bought it for me while we fixing the Maverick. BTW.....the Maverick got the 302 in '71.

    :Welcome: to the board! My mom wanted a Gremlin for her first car back in the early 70's but my grandpa said no way in hell and went and bought her a bright red six cylinder '66 Mustang Convertable instead. :)
