Everytime I try to sell off my Maverick something good happens. I lost my job, then I was ticked off and thought I should just get rid of the car since I won't have any money to begin with. Then that day that I posted I found a job, my roommate got backpay and paid up his 2 months of backrent and he is getting promoted so no worries about the rent situation! I'm going to try and sell my Maverick off more often! :rofl2:

P.S. If ya'll want to come down and rub the Maverick for good luck you can!

Sounds like a good idea! I need all the luck I can get at this point. Been out of work for 6 months, unemployment is about to run out, looks like I am going to have to sell the house and my middle son won't be going to the private college we planned on sending him to. Selling my Mavericks won't put a dent in the needs my family and I have. Oh well, lifes too short to worry so much about the physical things. We are all healthy and, for the most part happy.
    LIFE GOES ON!
Happy to hear things worked out for you!

That is the plan! (y) We have been looking for a while and it seems as if that will be the way we will go. With the direction the real estate prices have gone around here :49: we would be foolish not to move. I have been looking on the net for jobs in the areas we are thinking and it looks more and more possible every day. I might even get a place with a garage :bouncy: or room to build the one I want!!! Now, that is all the reason I need to pack it up and go.

do it wisely, but chances are it will work out for the better. moving to nevada while i was still young was a very carefully planned out thing, but i have it much better here than ever in the bay area. went from owning a hole it the wall to three houses and lots of toys. not all at once, but much quicker than anticipated.

Jay, I think you'll be much happier about anywhere besides Illinois. :) I don't see how anyone can live up north with all that snow and crap. But whatever floats your boat.

Hell, move to Georgia. Plenty of jobs and we could really use another Maverick down here. :rofl2:

Yep, like I said, For what my home is worth we could buy (outright) a much nicer and newer place with the land we want. (couple of acres min.) As far as doing it wisely... This has been in our plans for a long time, it's just now that I am being kinda rushed into a choice. A choice of which area I want to be.

Jamie, We were looking to go to Wisconsin :coco:!!! Our other passions are fishing and snow-mo-sledding in the winter! We used to save up all year to spend a couple of weeks up there in the summer and a week or so in the winter. I figure kill two birds with one stone.
Isn't Georgias' motto "The Land Of Mavericks":rofl2:

Darth, Sorry for the post Hyjack!:tsk: I owe you one:drink: !!!
