my car has air condition but it doesnt work i think. When you turn it on you can hear the fans going, but you cannot feel the air or anything. The vents are under the dash right? one under the steering wheel and one on the passenger side in the same area? any idea of why no air comes out?

If it is a factory ac system, you'll probably find air only blows out the defroster vents. All the doors for the vents are operated by vacuum. Either your system is not hooked up correctly and getting prpper vacuum, or the dash mounted Vacuum switch is broke. Those switchs are notorious for the ends breaking off rendering the system useless.
