The only way to know how fast it will run is to get it to the track. You won't get into the 11s without some slicks, so I wouldnt' worry about a roll bar just yet. A driveshaft loop and a helmet might be something you need to consider. If you can hit mid to low 12s, that is HAULING. I'd guess a low 13 or a high 12 is what you'll run.

My first car was an '87 firebird with a 305 and I thought it was blazing fast! I think the fastest it ever went was a 15.99 at 80 some mph. I was devastated. That was even after my free flowing cat-back and full length headers!! Then I built a 350 with cast iron vortec heads that "Hot Rod" said were good for 400 hp and a 750 DP and some big hydro flat tappet cam and the best she would muster was a low 14. Again, devastated. This was in an '89 with frame connector, BW rear with 3.27 gears (big jump over the 2.89s) and posi carrier, edelbrock control arms, and koni yellows. sad sad time... I did manage a 2.0 60', but that was about the only good part. It sure did sound mean though. So, the heads came off and got pocket ported and matched to the intake and it finally ran down into the mid 13s. Who would have thought just bolting together parts would be so hard? It probably ran so slow because it wasn't a Ford. :evilsmile

Don't think you can run 11's without slicks, huh?

It wasn't easy, but the 11.89 @ 113 that I mentioned above was with street tires. I've also seen people go faster than that with soft compound radials. However, I agree with the rest of the statements. If you can get your car in the 12's, you may not be the fastest guy at the track, but you've definitely still got something to be proud of.

    AGREED!
I guess its nice to know what you have....but with all the variables of actual on track performance verses a "semi" control enviroment of a dyno.
you can have 1,000 hp if you cannot get it to the ground, someone with a lot less ponies, that can get it to the ground, will hand you your pants:D

Man I am glad I bought a Mav, I just can't wait to get my blueprint 347!!! I have to say they're at a good price right now at 4800 bucks with EVERYTHING!
Man I hope 330hp and 380tq is enough;). Hopefully I wont get into too much trouble.

with a picture like yours, i would almost believe it.. but i would NEVER rate yours over 2,567,890, so i think you might be over exaggerating a little bit.
