It's already been sold a few years ago. And I guarantee out of your price range, unless you wanted to finance it. ;)

Well my question was about converting a Comet into a GT or converting a Maverick into a Comet GT. The car I want to end up with is a Comet GT like the one my dad used to own and race back in the 70's. :bouncy:

i'm looking to convert my 74 comet into GT.

bright light blue with GT scoop. back panel, grill, around the lights and hood deign will be black. I wont put the side stipe on until i drop a bigger engine in.

But it's a cool design, i just need to find the right blue.

Well guys I talked to someone earlier about a Comet 2Dr that might be for sale. Thus begins my questions again...the car is in decent shape but I will want to clone a GT. What are the major differences between a GT and a Reg. Comet? I would obviously purchase a GT for parts but what would be the major steps to the conversion. Also this Comet has the 302 in it already. :)
