With the oldest`s prom and graduation formalities and celebrations finally over I was able to get started on the 4-door project. I was going crazy wanting to work on it but I promised the wife I`d wait. I don`t remember any 4-doors with Cougar tail lights so I thought I`d try it.
Great looking family. Cougar lights look good also. Anyone ever put a Grabber rear deck lid spoiler on a 4 door? I think it would look good with those lights. Just my opinion.
Thanks Mike. Ya know, after looking at it from all angles, it definitly needs something else. Maybe a low trunk wing spoiler ? If I had the ability I would do something between the Grabber spoiler and the Drag-in-Fly spoiler. The other thing is the factory gas cap now looks too small as well. I'll have to find a Shelby type flip cap.
or put a license to cover the cap like on a cougar. id put an eliminator style wing on the trunk, but thats me.
looking good. those are the same taillights i used on my car. try the deluxe cap its a little bigger.
Got a little more done. All the high spots are knocked down, next I'll fill in the low spots. Then it gets block sanded, coated with Rage and block sanded some more. Hope it's done on time supposed to go to paint on the 30th of this month !!
I'm thinking of trying a fox body Mustang hatch spoiler. My Bro is bringing one over this weekend. We'll see how it looks.
