The driver's side window in my '72 rolls down to far and falls out of the tracks. Is there supposed to be something to stop it before it goes down to far? The passenger window in the '72 dosen't do it and none of my other Mavericks do it. I've had the door panel off a couple of times but can't see anything out of the ordinary.

When it falls out of the tracks, it won't roll back up. It's very hard to get it back in the tracks without takeing the door panel off. It's really starting to get on my nerves. I'm about ready to just swap the door with the one on my '74 Grabber.

[IMG]your gonna need a plastic piece on the right of the picture. you can buy it at autozone in the help section. it goes on the end of that ball and into the track.

Could you be a little more clear? I don't understand which part you are talking about.

Yea man, you gotta love this GA weather. Not a sprinkle of rain for almost a month and then over night the bottom drops out and it pours all night and all day. Usually my slightly leaky cowl isn't a problem but I went out this morning to find about 3 inches of water standing in my drivers side floor board. :slap: Had to get the shop vac out.

Ohh well. Maybe it will help refill Lake Lanier since them a$$ hats let all the all that water out.

the arm connected to the crank there in like a ronud steel ball on it. your gonna have to go to autozone in the help section and u will see a plastic piece that goes on to that ball. 1 end goes into the track and the other goes on to that ball ill look for a pic to post.

it looks kinda like this except your wont have a clip and it will be round not square. one end goes into the track first(pic on the left) and the other end goes onto the ball (pic on the right). hope this helps jamie. and wannabe

There is supposed to be a stop at the bottom of the door, Yours is probably missing or miss adjusted.
