You never expect anything less of the people of Georgia. You expect, and get, only the best from the people of Georgia. :p

I wouldn't worry about it Rick... I use a ball lock on my trailer and a lock on the chains, I feel safer at Owensboro than any other place I've left it parked overnight....we can box you in if it would make you feel safer.

Well if you are still worried about leaving it out on a trailer I would do what these guys have suggested and .....

quick release steering wheel adaptor (if you don't already have one) and take the wheel off, they're not too bad on ebay. Makes lame robbers question themselves and ask how you drive a car without a steering wheel? :rofl2:

Do you like dogs? Buy a set and tie them around the trailer ( that way if it's too hot/sunny outside they can sleep underneath or something, but don't forget they're under there:eek:. There are many breeds.

Or if all else fails write "IT'S ONLY A MAVERICK" on the outside of the car cover and most will leave and go look for a mustang.:evilsmile

You could also go and buy a motion detector and put it under the trialer and make it calls your phone or make some sort of notice to you only and then buy this and they won't ask if it's real and you can teach them a lesson and don't forget to enjoy yourself and have an awesome trip!!! Have a :drink:.

big tex are god quality trailers. i'm sure you'll be very happy with it and get a lot of years use out of it. i've got a cheap flatbed and when i got the enclosed trailer lot's of guys came up to me about buying it. could have got more than i paid for it a number of years ago. i kept it and loan it to friends and neighbors and use it for my dirtywork around here. :)

Yeah, when I got my Big Tex trailer I put my old one up for sale. Then I had people asking to borrow my new one. I told them sorry Charlie...Nobody is going to borrow it. It seems like everytime I let someone use my other one, something was always happening to it. It's still a good trailer so I figure I'm just gonna keep it for the same purpose as you did.
