Question, the way I understand it, the Mag. 500 were the original Ford sport rims that were often ordered on some of the Mavericks/Comets etc. etc. . . . is this correct? Are they reproduced? or Do you have to find them used? I was thinking Ford offered these on some of their other models, and that they may still be available after market?

Thanks in advance for the info!

They were available in chrome or paint. Different sizes too. Now available from many sources, you see them all the time advertised in Mustang and Fords magazine. Here is link to website that sells vintage type wheels.

    Here is what 15 x 7s and 15 x 8s look like.

While these wheels look really nice, they are lug-centric balanced instead of hub-centric. Make sure there is a shop in your area that has a lug-centric attachment for their balancer.

Here's a pic of mine with the factory 14's. They were painted with stainless rims.
