Does that include the gold plating on the whole car?
What makes your Maverick worth $22000+ ?
I mean my insurance company thinks my 73 has a fair market value of $900 - and it only has a bit of rust on one of the rear quarters (before the accident)

It's all about the law of "[size=-1]diminishing returns"
I hope you don't have that much invested in your car, because you'll have a hard time ever getting that out of it, but you never know, Good Luck!!

You would be very lucky to get $10,000 out of it, if that much. Don't get me wrong, it's a great car. I like your car alot. But these cars just don't go for that much.

Careful, guys. You might hurt someone's feelings and be accused of not being "polite", and of breaking the rules...

Some of you may think my price is out to lunch. But how realy decides what a car is worth? The buyer. I have a big problem with people saying " it isn't worth it because its a Maverick". My Maverick is probably one of the nicer mavericks i have seen. You know i'm not trying to toot my own horn so to speek. All i did is continued off where the first owner left off. I payed very close attention to detail and detailed everything. If you look at my pic in the gallery there is a pic call attention to detail. The factory marks you see in the pic are all over it, every factory mark has been duplicated. The attention to detail with the factory marks dosen't make a car but it shows you how much detail is in this car. I hope some of you aren't offended by this post but it bothers me that people are judging my car with out even seeing it.:tiphat: :drive:

don't get me wrong any feed back is better than none. I just think that Maverick guys should stick together. There are lots of cars out there that are worth alot of money becuase they are well known. So don't you think that we should be supporting the cars to get the value were it should be.

Double edge sword. If we get the value up where it should be....then we won't be able to afford them. :D
