    Hey everyone - Long time no see (and longer time no Mav, but I still love them!!:p )


    Has anyone heard from the guy who bought Crazy Alice? Last I saw she had been REALLY nicely done up and was hitting the road again.


    I just got a new ride (not a mav - I know :slap: ) but I thought this was funny - My dad bought her (I didn't have anything to do with the purchase) for me when the engine in the Sprint finally crapped out...

    She is a 97 Contour:

    Built in Kansas (Like Alice was):drive:
    Body colour - Toreador Red - the exact same colour I had painted Alice...:dance:

    How cool is that?

    :huh:Aube (my contour) seems to have inherited the "Maverick money detector" - the first day I fully have her, her O2 sensor goes out!!! GAH!

    Oh well, but she IS a sweet ride... lot's of 'tude for a four banger!

    Unless you know of another "Maverickgrrl" who had crazy Alice (and can still remember the paint colour after all these years!:biglaugh:)

    I'm going to be running Miss A around this morning, gotta get that sensor fixed. The annoying thing is that it's a pretty easy thing to have done - like a five minute repair - but I'm paranoid about boogering her up!
