    Happend at a pit stop on the way to the MCG race event that got rained out. Then the guy asks if it is a 6cylinder:rofl2:

    I've had that happen a couple times. I just shake my head and say "Yeah, but I put a Ford engine in it so now it's faster", and leave it at that. Bozos!

    Last night at the show, a couple of old guys, at least in their mid - late 60's, walked by while Earl, Dan, James and myself were standing around in front of our cars talking. One of them made the comment "I think every one of these Mavericks has a Ford engine in it".

    We got a good laugh from that.

    Whew, another one of those comments....

    where was his sign? I mean, why?
    I have nothing against good clean, sharp camaro's...but, why?

    I once answered, yeah, in 72 they put the bull head emblems on all the fast, rare camaro's... and I got one of em'... lol.. always a good laugh.

    Yeap, ghostin' -- working a job in Houston since April. Flying every week from Nashville and have failed to get anything accomplished this summer. Bet I didn't put 200 miles on the Mav....

    This project was supposed to be over (my piece of it) end of September, now it looks like it might go into next year...

    I'll try to participate more, just had my hands full. :drink: (don't I wish!)
