Man, it's like Jamie is reading my mind! And yes, the market does determine the value of stuff. And yes, as an enthusiast here to help other enthusiasts, I will show others who don't know better, the way to a 'better' market. Dave
What bucket seats?!?! Wtf are you talking about? Are you trying to hijack this thread too? :evilsmile
Uh, Craig, that's "hanged, drawn and quartered." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drawing_and_quartering Is that really all Dan needs?
im lost i read about buckets , bending over, and over priced sounds like a over priced hooker im not saying anything on Chuck , his stuff is way out there, i dont/wont buy from him , UNLESS something is good price of course.
Yes the seats are for sale. If my freind passes on them I will advertise them here. I do have the spacers that go under the tracks. Maybe I should buy them for the $200.00 and do everyone a service buy reselling them for at least twice the price. I thought $200 was a bit high since I usually pay $50-100 from the same place for other vintage bucket seats, maybe the Maverick Connection had expressed an interest in them. These seats need to be reupholstered to be nice but could just have the vinyl on the bolster sections replaced. The ComfortWeave inserts are in good shape. The seats were out of the weather in a van for years. I have to admit that I have sold 60's and 70's GM and Mopar bucket seats for $300-600 but I am not a GM or Mopar enthusiast. I do confess to owning a Dodge Dart and a few AMC's. I am seeking help for that though. Fred
Yep! I sure wish I had all the bucket seat sets back that I sold over the years for the "bend-over" price of $150 including the tracks! I bet alot of people outside this board looking for bucket seats now wish that too.
