Has anyone hooked a ford electronic distributor up to an MSD box. I noticed that the pickup and wheel inside are almost identical to an MSD unit.
I was figuring i could recurve the distributor (anyone know of a good curve for a 351w) and hide the MSD box. Leave the stock box in the engine compartment for all to see.:evilsmile
    Just wondering.

What eddie said. It'll work fine. And, yes, I know of a good timing curve...

I did a whole write up on re-curving a duraspark distributor a while back on this site IIRC...don't think it's around anymore. It's simple.

Yes, I have. MSD actually makes a harness to plug right in to a Duraspark distributor.

Ive got a old dizzy machine, what kinda #s for a good starting point. The 2 dist. i have seem to have different springs, one might be close for a start.

Oh and thanks yaall for the confirmation of my question.
