    No stripes

I think this is it before the stripes were added.

Nice car! Did Ghost decide to sell it as a result of the Ford-Toyota thread?

That is a fine car. Great example of how nice these cars can look when done well.

Here is a picture of it when the owner and builder brought it to New Castle, IN for the MCCI 9th Annual Roundup Nationals back in 2002. Very, very nice car.

Mark still hangs out over at matts board every once in awhile and I am sure he would answer any questions that you might have....

I would look on Matt's site in the archives and you might find some posts about his build but it has been along time ago so they may be gone.

As stated above I have seen that car in person and he did an awsome job with that car. One of the sharpest black cars I have seen ( except for mine of course  )

Here is a link to his board

Reading way to much into it. :) I asked him about it years ago (so my memory MAY be a little rusty :) ). He told me the name came from having a bunch of Maverick toys he had collected over the years, and the Maverick is really just another big boy toy, so, TOYMAV. I think he liked the sound of it better than MAVTOY.

I do still have the page he wrote up about building the car, I'm sure he won't mind if I put it up, but I'll ask him first.
